The site collects no personal information or charges any fees. It was created when the owner discovered that several friends and family members would either go to sites that would try to charge to process a claim or search or they just had problems finding out where to go on a website. In one case an individual was contacted by a "finder" who then took half her proceeds for completing the forms.
